Project Overview

PrintversePro is our new print-on-demand online store that sells custom print products to individual customers, the store started business in 2020.

My Role

I worked closely with designers and engineers to make sure we delivered the product on time. As well as discuss strategy with the marketing and customer success team to meet business goals.

Problem

With the website newly launched in 2020, we are trying to attract more customers. However, many customers turned away after signup without placing any orders. Some of our B2B customers also show an order decrease.

Results

  • User complaints and questions are reduced by 60% per month.

  • Existing store customers (B2B) are happier using the new website based on surveys.

  • New & returning customers (B2C) are increased by 22%.

  • B2C orders are increased by an average of 57% per day.
